MY BACKGROUND

Entertaining friends and family has always been a big part of my life.  When I discovered the beauty and deliciousness of creating charcuterie boards, I could not resist. Who doesn't love nibbling on cheese and meat with a glass of wine in her hand?

I left teaching 4 years ago to stay home with my kids, but the urge to have something of my own never left.  I was inspired by friends in Raleigh (the amazing women of Grazin' Gals) to take the plunge and start my own business. Enter CharcuteBrie!

With a husband and 3 hungry kiddos who are happy to be guinea pigs, I love to scour local markets and partner with North Carolina vendors to bring my clients fresh, tasty charcuterie and snack boards.  Plus, incorporating handcrafted boards, made by my family in South Dakota, allows me to bring a touch of home to North Carolina.
